Psychiatric Evaluations

Some forms of psychological and emotional problems respond best to a combination of therapy and medication. Clients of The Family Institute can be referred to one of our affiliated Board Certified psychiatrists, who can evaluate whether medication would be a useful component of the treatment plan. If the psychiatrist and client agree that medication is indicated, the psychiatrist will write a prescription, and provide follow-up medication management services.
